Operation Immortality

Social-spark-315x235

Recently I’ve visited this site called Operation Immortality: Leave your mark. Save Humanity. I explore the site for some time and found some very interesting things about it. What is operation Immortality all about? Operation Immortality is the brain child Richard Garriott, famed video game designer and second generation American Astronaut. The purpose of this project is to collect and archive the very best of what the humanity is and has accomplished so far. And on October 12 2008 Richard Garriott will take this data’s mostly digitized DNA and human accomplishment with him to be stored in outer space when he journey to the International Space Station. Cool!

As of this moment the site is still collecting data’s from people all over the world, you can visit their site and submit suggestion for our greatest achievements and also leave messages to the cosmos. You can even create your account and take part on the polls, create motto, and mark your greatest achievement. You might even have a chance to send your DNA on space. I would love to send my DNA to space how about you? Just one question though if ever the world comes to an end and you can only bring one item with you on to a new planet what would the single item be? Me I will bring a special issue 500 pages playboy magazine. Just in case all the hot babes wont survived the world’s destruction. Hehehe
